Mr. Frank’s career and expertise started in 1980 with a real estate market not unlike that
of 2007. Mr. Frank earned his Real Estate license in 1981 after a short apprenticeship
with Ohio based Parchman & Oyler, a 23-office Tri-State area real estate firm serving
Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana, where he earned a reputation for quick and effective sales
helping people recoup otherwise lost equity by improving and selling properties prior to
foreclosure by 1

. mortgage lenders during one of the highest interest rate
markets of our time.
During his 10+ years of holding a Realtor license in the State of Ohio he further
developed his real estate expertise and practical knowledge by working for months at a
time in almost all areas of the development and construction of real estate including:
framing, roofing, landscaping, and overall general contractor management with a local
custom builder, as well as plumbing and electrical disciplines over many years to follow.
Additionally, he trained for and earned certification on heavy equipment for earth
moving, grading, and site development including a continuation of surveying training
adding to his surveying requirements from his 2-year certification in Park Services &
Resource Conservation prior to becoming a Realtor.
Mr. Frank successfully purchased and redeveloped his first nothing down property in
1983 in the Queensgate area of Cincinnati overlooking the downtown within a soon to
